Growing up in the countryside of Herefordshire with a family history of farming, Jessica is constantly inspired by the texture, colour and pattern in the ever-changing landscape.

In this collection, she has used a bright and contemporary colour palette to portray the energy and excitement of the countryside, particularly focusing on the harvested crops. Her work consisted of a range of techniques including hand painting, drawing, mono printing, collaging, lino printing and rubbings to give detail and depth. She then digitally developed her designs to create seamless repeat patterns.
